Paint Polishing & Buffing

Paint polishing or correction is a term that is now commonly used by both professional car detailers and car cleaning enthusiasts worldwide to describe the process of restoring and rejuvenating the paintwork of a vehicle, mostly through the elimination of surface imperfections, that dull, oxidize, or haze the surface by reflecting light off in various directions, therefore detracting from a true and proper, clean, sharp, reflection. These imperfections include things like swirl marks & fine scratches, bird dropping etching & acid rain etching, hologramming & buffer trails, and random isolated deep scratches (or RIDS).

LEVEL 1 POLISHING - GLOSS ENHANCEMENT (BUFF)

The polish package for those who don’t want to break the bank, but desire a diamond-like shine.

  • We start with our full exterior service to prepare the vehicle for polishing.
  • All-In-One Polish is used to add optical clarity and depth to the paint. Minimal scratching is removed. Deep scratches are not removed.
  • Once the correction stages are complete the vehicle is finished with a high-quality silica spray sealant for added shine and additional protection.

LEVEL 2 POLISHING - MINOR PAINT CORRECTION (SINGLE STAGE)

Our single stage polishing process is perfect to restore your pain’t gloss and luster and keep it looking fresh!

  • We start with our full exterior service to prepare the vehicle for polishing.
  • Polish is used to remove medium-light swirls or scratches and to add optical clarity and depth to the paint.
  • Once the correction stages are complete the vehicle is finished with a high-quality silica spray sealant for added shine and additional protection.

LEVEL 3 POLISHING - MAJOR PAINT CORRECTION (MULTI-STAGE)

This is the difference maker when trying to restore your paint and make it more visually appealing.

  • We start with our full exterior service to prepare the vehicle for polishing.
  • With this correction, we are aiming to remove about 85% of the defects from your paint and leave a dramatically improved surface. We use a compound to remove heavy swirls, scratches, and randomized defects from the clear coat.
  • Polish is used to remove any remaining light swirls or scratches to add optical clarity and depth to the paint.
  • Once the correction stages are complete the vehicle is finished with a high-quality silica spray sealant for added shine and additional protection.
