Yard walk

The first visit is a 30-60 minute walk of your yard with your ops POC. We count vehicles, map the parking layout, identify water/drainage access, and confirm route windows. This is the diagnosis — same principle as a consumer detail, applied to commercial scale. Some yards turn out to need a wash-bay arrangement instead of mobile route work; we tell you up front if that is the case.

Fixed-price proposal

Within a week of the yard walk you get a written proposal. Per-vehicle cost by service tier, route schedule mapped, route window confirmed, and a 30-day pilot offer for fleets over 8 vehicles. The pilot lets you sample one route week before committing to the full contract.

Ongoing relationship

Fleet contracts are a relationship. We run the same route every week (or month, depending on tier), use the same chemistry, document any vehicle condition changes, and bill on a fixed schedule. Communication is direct — you have a real number and a real person, not a chatbot. If a vehicle has a condition issue between scheduled visits, we route around it.
