STRAIGHT ANSWER

The visit runs anywhere from 2 to 12 hours depending on the service. Walk-around is always free, and always before the quote. The quote is always written. The work is hand-done with the same standards on every car.

THE FIVE STEPS

From request to delivery.

Every job follows this sequence: basic wash, full detail, ceramic coating, fleet contract. Steps scale by complexity, never by skipping.

Request
Submit the quote form or call. Include year, make, model, what you're after, and city plus ZIP. During business hours you'll hear back inside 2 hours. After hours you get a confirmation that night and a real response by 10 AM the next business day. A real person reads every request. No automated booking system pretending to be one.

Walk-around
For ceramic coating, paint correction, or major work, we come walk the vehicle in person before the quote is final. About 15 minutes. Free. Paint thickness gauge on every major panel, interior photos, defects vs wear identified and written down. For smaller jobs like basic wash or interior detail, quoting from photos is fine. For bigger work the walk-around isn't optional.

Treatment plan
Written quote in your inbox within 24 hours of the walk-around. Three things on it: what we'll do, what we won't, and what it costs. The "what we won't do" line is unusual. It's where we'll tell you a ceramic coating doesn't make sense on a car you're trading in next year. You pick. No high-pressure follow-up. We schedule when you say yes.

The work
We pull up to your driveway or office lot with the van, water tank, power, and the products from the quote. We set up canopies if the sun calls for it. NC light in July kills polish working time. We work the job the way we'd work our own. Photos at the major milestones. You're welcome to come check progress whenever. If something new turns up that wasn't on the original scope, you hear about it before we touch it.

Delivery
Final walk-around with you. Before-and-after photo set for any major work. Maintenance recommendations for any protection product. Payment after the work, never before. We don't leave until you've signed off that the result matches the plan.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

A few things that make the visit smooth.

Parking + access

A flat parking spot with at least 8 feet of clearance around the vehicle. Driveway is ideal. Office parking lot is fine. Garage with overhead clearance for tall vehicles. We carry our own water and power but a working outdoor outlet helps for longer jobs (we ask permission first).

Vehicle access

Keys delivered to us when we arrive, or left in a pre-arranged spot. We can also work around your schedule β€” if you need the vehicle by 4 PM, the quote tells us so we schedule accordingly. For ceramic coating jobs, the vehicle stays overnight in our shop for proper cure; we can arrange transport or pick-up.

Knowing the goal

Realistic expectations help us scope the work right. Is this a daily driver? A garage queen? A vehicle being sold? A vehicle being prepped for an event? Each one points to a different service tier. Telling us up front means the quote reflects what fits your situation, not the most expensive option we could defend.
