What is included

How we do it
- Identify source: Smoke, pet, mildew, food — each takes different chemistry.
- Clean what holds the smell: Carpet padding, headliner, vents, seat foam — that is where odor molecules sit.
- Extract: Hot water extraction pulls residue out of fibers.
- Vent treatment: Foggers and direct sprays through the HVAC.
- Ozone or hydroxyl: Overnight treatment to break down remaining odor molecules.

When this is not the right call
If the source is still present (a forgotten container of milk under a seat, an active pet accident on the carpet), ozone treatment alone will not fix it. The source has to go first.

Can you really get smoke smell out?
Light smoke, yes. Heavy long-term smoke that has soaked into the headliner and carpet padding can be reduced significantly, but a guarantee of zero smell is not honest — those molecules embed in foam and padding.
Is ozone safe?
Ozone is unsafe to breathe at treatment concentrations. We treat overnight with the vehicle locked and run a 24-hour ventilation cycle before driving.
Pet smell — same as smoke?
Similar approach. Pet hair and dander hold the smell. Heavy enzymatic cleaning of the carpet plus ozone is the combination that works.
