SMS Consent and Messaging Policy
How and when we send text messages, how to opt in or opt out, and what to expect.

Opt-in
By providing your phone number on our contact form, you consent to receive SMS messages from Mobile Detailing Doctor related to your quote request, appointment scheduling, service updates, and aftercare instructions. Standard message and data rates may apply.
Message frequency
We typically send 1-5 messages per service inquiry. Routine customers may receive occasional service reminders (1-2 per quarter).
Opt-out
To stop receiving messages at any time, reply STOP to any message. To resume, reply START.

Supported carriers
Major US carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, US Cellular, Boost, MetroPCS, Cricket, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Information we share
We do not share your phone number with third parties for marketing purposes. Phone numbers may be shared with our SMS service provider for the sole purpose of delivering messages.
