A shop install gets climate control, dust-free environment, and infrared curing lamps. Ideal for premium coatings. A mobile install in your driveway works fine for standard coatings if conditions are right: 60 to 80°F, low humidity, no rain forecast, no direct sun on the panel. For most consumer coatings, mobile install is fully adequate. For top-tier coatings, shop install is the standard.
