What is ozone treatment, and does it work?
Ozone is O3. A triatomic oxygen molecule that breaks down odor molecules at the chemical level. Yes it works for most odors, especially smoke, pet, mildew, and food. It does not work if the odor source is still present.

When to pick something else.
Skip ozone if any electronics, plants, or pets are inside or near the vehicle. Skip if the source of the odor is still in the car. Skip on rubber, latex, or live plants that ozone degrades.

Is ozone safe?
Not while you are in the car. Safe to be near, dangerous to breathe at treatment concentrations. We treat overnight and ventilate before handing the car back.
Will ozone damage anything?
Rubber, latex, and live plants over long exposure. We protect rubber gaskets if we do extended treatments.
How long does the smell stay gone?
Permanently, IF the source is gone. If the source comes back (smoking, ongoing pet incidents), the smell returns.
