Is ceramic coating worth it on a new car?
On a new daily driver you are keeping 5+ years: yes. On a new car you are trading in 2 years: no. The break-even is around 3 years of ownership.

Skip the coating if you have a 2-year lease or plan to trade in under 2 years. The cost does not return in resale or in protected appearance value at that horizon. A 6-month sealant covers you for those scenarios.

Does a new car need paint correction first?
Usually a light single-step pass to remove dealer-prep marks and any tunnel wash residue. We measure and tell you honestly.
How soon after buying can you coat it?
Anytime. The earlier the better — fewer wash cycles means cleaner paint to start with.
Will the dealership do it cheaper?
The dealership upsell is usually 200-400 dollars of product slapped on with no prep. Looks fine for 3 months, fails by month 8. Not the same product as what we install.
