Can you detail a boat on the trailer?
Yes. Trailer detailing is most of our boat work: driveway, storage lot, or marina yard. We bring water and power, work the hull in sections, and only need enough room to walk the trailer on all sides.
A boat on a trailer is actually the ideal setup for detailing. We can reach the full hull, gravity helps rinse water drain the right direction, and the boat is at working height. Around the Triangle we regularly detail at home driveways, self-storage boat lots, and the yards at Falls Lake and Jordan Lake marinas.
The one thing we confirm during booking is access and drainage at the location. Storage facilities sometimes restrict wash water, so for those lots we run a low-runoff process. Tell us where the boat sits and we will tell you exactly what is doable there before you commit to anything.

When to pick something else.
In-water hull work below the waterline is not something we do. If the boat lives in a wet slip, we handle everything from the rub rail up and the hull gets done at haul-out.
