Streaks come from one of three things: residue from old wax or fallout, a dirty microfiber towel, or a cleaner with too much surfactant. The fix is a two-towel method — spray glass, wipe with one clean waffle-weave to remove the cleaner, buff dry with a second clean towel. Inside, dash off-gassing leaves a film that no cleaner removes until you wipe twice.
